The development of language skills in foreign language education is essential for effective communication and cultural understanding. This article investigates pedagogical methods and practical strategies used in developing the four core language skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing within a foreign language teaching context. Using a qualitative research approach, the study collected data from classroom observations, teacher interviews, and lesson materials in secondary schools and language centers. The findings suggest that a balanced, integrated-skill approach, enhanced by technology and learner-centered methods, leads to greater language proficiency and learner motivation. This study underlines the need for professional development for teachers and curriculum designs that prioritize skill integration to address modern educational challenges.
