Ushbu maqola zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagogika fanining tutgan o‘rni, uning ijtimoiy ahamiyati hamda ta’limni rivojlantirishdagi o‘zgarishlar jarayonida innovatsion yondashuvlarning tutgan o‘rnini ochib beradi. Pedagogika fani hozirda nafaqat bilim berish, balki inson shaxsini har tomonlama shakllantirish, ijtimoiy faollikni, ijodiy fikrlashni, raqamli savodxonlikni ham rivojlantirishga qaratilgan. Maqolada o‘qituvchining zamonaviy ta’limdagi roli, interfaol metodlar, kommunikativ yondashuv va raqamli texnologiyalar asosida ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish tajribalari misolida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, milliy ta’lim tizimi islohotlari xalqaro tajriba bilan solishtirilib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida pedagogik innovatsiyalarni joriy etish istiqbollari muhokama qilinadi.
