This study examines the role of borrowings and international terms in the Uzbek and English languages. It explores the sources, types, and functions of borrowed vocabulary and analyzes how international terminology contributes to global communication and linguistic development. The research shows that lexical borrowing enriches both languages and reflects historical, cultural, and technological contacts between nations.
