NEGATIVE REPRESENTATION OF WHITE COLOR ARCHETYPE IN “HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE”

This article explores the use of white as an archetype and its role in the representation of fear and horror in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Throughout this novel, it is analyzed that the color white is associated with Voldemort and that it served as a mask to hide his true nature. Thus, white as an archetype is not only a means of referring to purity, but it can also represent fear.
