In today’s globalized world, translation and interpreting are crucial for facilitating international relations, as there is no common language across nations. These services play a vital role in interactions between countries, organizations, and individuals. International law, which governs such relationships, has increased the importance of legal translation, a complex field requiring specialized skills to avoid serious consequences. In Uzbekistan, however, legal translation is underdeveloped, with limited research. This paper seeks to contribute by addressing key challenges in legal translation and offering solutions as a basis for future study.
