This paper explores the process of designing teaching materials with a specific emphasis on task-based activities, the use of visual aids, and the preparation of teacher-made worksheets and work cards in foreign language classrooms. It examines how these components contribute to learner engagement, autonomy, and comprehension. Drawing on current research and practical examples, the study demonstrates that well-designed materials aligned with communicative tasks and supported by visuals can significantly enhance learning outcomes. Additionally, it provides practical guidelines for creating effective and adaptable worksheets and task cards that meet diverse learner needs.
