Abstract

This article explores practical strategies for educators to cultivate greater empathy in their teaching practice. The article emphasizes the ongoing nature of cultivating empathy which helps to improve emotional wellbeing and academic performance of the students and encourages educators to continuously reflect, learn, and adapt their practices to create environment where every student feels valued and understood.
