This article explores the role of technology in the evolution of personalized learning, especially in language education, highlighting both its potential and challenges. With globalization accelerating, English has become an essential skill for international success, yet teaching English as a second language faces challenges such as ineffective teaching methods and a lack of practical application of the language. The integration of technology, particularly through tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), educational apps, and data analytics, provides a personalized learning environment that caters to individual student needs. These technologies facilitate differentiated content, adaptive learning paths, and continuous feedback. The article also discusses the potential benefits, such as increased engagement, self-paced learning, and accessibility for diverse learners, while acknowledging the barriers, such as limited access to devices and the need for professional development for educators. Ultimately, the article emphasizes that while technology has the power to enhance personalized learning, investments in infrastructure and teacher training are vital to ensure its widespread success.
