The reflective learning process of the formation of professional work defines a set of determination of life goals and individual self-management. Large-scale ref-orms in all spheres of life in countries that create conditions for high-level development of society and the individual, taking into account the comprehensive modernization of the educational process, determined the process of learning foreign languages as an integral part of vocational education. The innovative environment thus created is the creation and implementation of deeper, systematic knowledge of science. In this process, a foreign language teacher is, first, a person who is constantly engaged in self-improvement due to the rapidly growing demands and innovations associated with the globalization process of modern society.
