This article presents a semantic analysis of fashion and design terms in the English and Uzbek languages. The study explores similarities and differences in meaning, as well as the linguocultural features of the terminology used in both languages. It also examines the influence of globalization on the development of fashion-related vocabulary and the role of English borrowings in Uzbek. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the semantic evolution of fashion and design terminology.
