Mazkur maqolada turistik xizmatlarga oid o‘zbek tilidagi onlayn sharhlarning semantik va sentiment tahlili masalalari o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi foydalanuvchilar tomonidan turizm platformalarida qoldirilgan sharhlardagi emotsional munosabatlarni aniqlash hamda ularning semantik xususiyatlarini tahlil qilishdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida kompyuter lingvistikasi, tabiiy tilni qayta ishlash (NLP), sentiment tahlili va matnlarni avtomatik klassifikatsiyalash usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar turistik xizmatlar sifatini baholash, mijozlar ehtiyojlarini aniqlash hamda turizm sohasida qarorlar qabul qilish jarayonlarini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatdi.
