Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellektning zamonaviy tilshunoslik sohalariga kirib kelishi va uning bugungi kundagi ahamiyati yoritiladi. Sun’iy intellekt tizimlari nafaqat kommunikatsiya jarayonlarida balki tilshunoslik sohalarida ham keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Biroq foydalanuvchilarning aksariyat qismining sun’iy intellekt bilan suhbatlari har doim ham kutilgan natijani bermaydi. Maqolada buning sabablari ilmiy jihatdan yoritiladi va tahlil qilinadi.
