The fast progress of digital communication technologies has created new ways for people to access information resources which has made information resources more available to users. Users of Internet Relay Chat (IRC) and other online platforms can exchange knowledge while they work together to access electronic resources in an efficient way [2].
The article investigates the available resource types which people can access through IRC and the Internet while it evaluates how electronic resources support educational purposes and scientific research activities [4]. The research study examines two main aspects which include the problems that arise from handling digital information and the need for proper management of electronic resources in contemporary educational and research contexts[3].
