Relationships grounded in trust, respect, and effective communication enhance student engagement, motivation, and confidence. Furthermore, the paper highlights the integration of technology further supports these connections by enabling personalized learning, timely feedback, and greater accessibility. Cultivating strong, positive interactions between students and teachers ultimately creates an inclusive, empowering, and supportive educational environment.
