Annotasiya

The role of a teacher is dynamic and multifaceted, especially when working with learners of different age groups. Effective teaching requires not only subject knowledge but also the ability to adapt instructional methods, communication styles, classroom management strategies, and learning environments according to students’ developmental needs. Young learners, adolescents, and adults differ significantly in cognitive abilities, emotional maturity, motivation, and social behavior. Therefore, teachers must modify their roles from facilitator and caregiver to mentor, guide, and collaborator depending on the classroom context. This article examines the teacher’s role in classrooms of different age groups and discusses strategies for adapting to various classroom environments to promote successful learning outcomes.
