This study examines the reforms within the framework of the “Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030”. The research methodology encompasses a comparative analysis of national strategies against global education models from leading nations such as South Korea, Japan, and Germany. The findings indicate that expanding student enrollment, granting academic autonomy, and integrating STEM fields are vital for national progress. Furthermore, aligning local institutions with international standards and fostering “Education-Science-Production” clusters significantly enhances graduate employability. Ultimately, these reforms serve as a strategic foundation for the country’s future intellectual and economic prosperity.
