This article explores the role of modern technology in learning English as a second language. It examines the advantages and challenges of digital tools such as mobile applications, online platforms, and artificial intelligence. The study highlights how technology enhances accessibility, motivation, and interactive learning, while also addressing potential drawbacks such as over-reliance and reduced face-to-face communication. The article concludes that technology, when used effectively, significantly improves language learning outcomes.
