Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of diagnostics. In recent years, AI-based tools have been widely adopted to assist medical professionals in detecting diseases more accurately and efficiently. These systems are capable of analyzing large volumes of medical data, identifying patterns, and supporting clinical decision-making.
However, despite these advantages, the integration of AI into healthcare also introduces several risks and challenges. Issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and over-reliance on technology raise important ethical and practical concerns.
This paper aims to explore the benefits and risks of using AI in diagnostic tools by analyzing reliable academic sources. The study provides a balanced perspective on how AI is transforming healthcare while highlighting the need for careful implementation and regulation.
