Distance and hybrid learning have become an important component of modern education. This article examines the main mechanisms for ensuring pedagogical effectiveness in online and blended learning environments. The research focuses on digital teaching methods, student engagement strategies, assessment tools, and teacher support systems. A qualitative analytical approach was used to examine how these mechanisms affect learning outcomes. The results show that effective planning, interactive communication, timely feedback, and digital competence significantly improve the quality of education. However, problems such as technical barriers, reduced student motivation, and uneven use of resources can negatively affect learning. The article emphasizes the need for a balanced and student-centered approach to distance and hybrid learning.
