Annotasiya

Have you ever wondered why, despite all the diet tips and fitness influencers on social media, the world is still struggling with obesity? Since 1975, obesity rates have tripled, and today it’s a global crisis affecting over a billion people. In this paper, I want to move away from the usual "it's your fault" narrative. Instead, I’ll look at how the modern world—our cities, our economy, and our social habits—makes it incredibly hard to stay healthy. We’ll discuss why junk food is cheaper than salad, why our cities are built for cars instead of people, and what governments should actually do to fix this system.
