This article explores effective strategies for improving teaching practices in online and blended learning environments. With the rapid development of digital technologies, educators are required to adapt their methods to ensure student engagement, motivation and academic success. The study highlights key approaches such as interactive teaching methods, the use of digital tools, personalized learning and continuous assessment. Additionally, the role of teacher training and technological competence is emphasized as a crucial factor in achieving effective learning outcomes. The findings suggest that a well-structured combination of traditional and online methods enhances the overall quality of education and supports diverse learner needs.
