This article examines the importance of time management in students’ academic and personal success. It analyzes how effective planning and organization help learners cope with academic workload, reduce stress, and improve productivity. The study also highlights common challenges students face, such as procrastination, poor scheduling, and imbalance between study and personal life. The findings suggest that developing strong time management skills is essential for achieving academic goals and maintaining overall well-being.
