This thesis focused on the role and importance of digital corpus in analyzing systematic errors in the language learners’ writing speech. In this study, Contrastive Interlanguage Analysis (CIA) was analyzed statistically Uzbek students’ mistakes in terms of using “overuse”, “underuse” and collocations. As a result, it justified the pedagogical necessity of creating national teacher corpora.
