Ushbu tadqiqotda raqamli muloqot jarayonida emojilarning nutq akti sifatidagi o‘rni va ularning funksional-pragmatik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi hamda emojilar zamonaviy diskursda nafaqat hissiy-ekspressiv vosita ekanligi, balki kommunikativ niyatni ifodalovchi muhim pragmatik birlik sifatida ifodalanishi kengroq yoritib beriladi. Tadqiqotda nutq aktlari nazariyasi doirasida emojilarning illokutiv va perlokutiv funksiyalari haqida ma’lumot keltiriladi va ularning multimodal kommunikatsiyadagi ahamiyati kengroq muhokama ostiga olinadi.
