The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly influenced the process of learning English worldwide. This study explores the role of digital tools in enhancing English language learning, with a particular focus on comparing English-speaking and Uzbek contexts. Special attention is given to the accessibility, effectiveness, and challenges of using technologies such as e-learning platforms, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence tools. The research employs a descriptive and comparative approach to analyze how digital technologies contribute to improving language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of integrating modern tools such as gamification and virtual learning environments into language education.
