Language diversity plays a crucial role in reflecting and preserving cultural diversity across societies. This study explores the relationship between linguistic variation and cultural identity, emphasizing how different languages embody unique traditions, values, and worldviews. The research focuses on the significance of multilingualism, the impact of globalization on linguistic diversity, and the role of language in maintaining cultural heritage. Using a comparative and descriptive methodology, the study analyzes both global and local perspectives on language use. The findings reveal that language diversity not only enriches human communication but also strengthens cultural awareness and identity, while the loss of languages may lead to cultural erosion.
