Maqolada Xitoyda “Double First-Class” tashabbusining shakllanishida ichki va tashqi omillarning o‘rni o‘rganildi. Unda globallashuv jarayonlari, bilim iqtisodiyotining rivojlanishi hamda oliy ta’limning xalqaro raqobatbardoshligini oshirish zarurati tashabbusning tashqi omillari sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, Xitoyning iqtisodiy transformatsiyasi, innovatsion rivojlanish strategiyasi hamda Project 211 va Project 985 dasturlarining tajribasi ushbu tashabbusning ichki asoslari sifatida yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida “Double First-Class” tashabbusi Xitoy oliy ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish hamda xalqarolashtirishda xizmat qiluvchi muhim strategik siyosat ekanligi asoslab beriladi.
