This article explores the linguopragmatic and linguocultural structure of imperative sentences in English and Uzbek languages. It examines how imperative forms function within the communicative and cultural frameworks of each language, analyzing similarities and differences in usage, politeness strategies, and social norms. The study focuses on the pragmatic functions of imperatives in various contexts such as commands, requests, invitations, and prohibitions. Through comparative analysis, the research highlights the influence of cultural values on linguistic expression, revealing how English and Uzbek speakers utilize imperatives in accordance with their respective social and cultural conventions. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of cross-cultural communication and the pragmatics of language use.
